ADMISSION PROCEDURE

- All the candidates seeking admission to Undergraduate Courses in the college are require to fill in the prescribed admission form available either online or offline for all categories (General/OBC/SC/ST/PWD).
- There shall be a cut off marks for all the courses decided by the Admission Committee from time to time. This year the cut off mark shall be 45% for Science and 40% for Arts. There shall be 5% relaxation for reserved categories. The selection of candidates for admission to B.A./B.Sc. Semester I shall be based on the merit of their past experience in the class XII results of the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur/ other Boards recognised by the Manipur University and performance in the entrance test if necessary. The nature of the entrance test shall be decided by the Admission Committee and the results shall be declared within 24 hrs.
- After declaration of the final lists, the students need to report to the College office for admission within the stipulated period. No request will be entertained after the last date.
Honours & Generic Elective (GE) Subject Options
# For choosing Botany / Zoology / Chemistry / Physics / Mathematics as Hons. Subject, the student should have passed it in the HSE or XII examination.

# For choosing Botany / Zoology / Chemistry / Physics / Mathematics as Hons. Subject, the student should have passed it in the HSE or XII examination.
*Then, the student should choose only one subject from the ‘Generic Elective (GE) Subject’ Row just against his or her Honours subject. No. of seats for each subject is 50 only, and will be filled up on first-cum-first basis at the time of admission to 1st year (Semester I & II). Here also, the student should keep at least two or more GE subjects by marking in order of preference. Option for change of subject for GE will be available again in the admission to 2nd year.
Seats Available
Reservation of seats and relaxation of marks:
There shall be reservation of seats for OBC, SC, ST, PWD and Others according to guidelines set out by the State Government from time to time. Currently, out of the total intake capacity, 31% for ST, 2% for SC, 17% for OBC and 3% for PWD are reserved. Seats are also reserved for sports persons and sons/daughters of ex-servicemen as per guidelines.
