2^nd Round of Counselling /Document Verification of  B.A./B.Sc. 1^st Semester 2022-23

Date: 1^st September 2022 to 3^rd September 2022

Time : 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.

Admission form can be had from the Office or downloaded from this given link Admission Form For B.A./B.Sc 1st Semester  

Documents to be enclosed at the time of submission of Admission Form(Hard copy) for Counselling :

•  College Admission Form with DUHE Registration form  (if any)
• Two copies of mark sheets and certificates for Class X passed
• Two copies of mark sheets and certificates for XII passed (Original Mark Sheets and original/provisional certificates for Class X & XII must be produced at the time of counselling and / admission, failing which his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled even if qualified for admission.)
• Two copies of Admit Card/Hall Ticket of XII Examination
• 4(four) passport size photograph
• Valid OBC/SC/ST etc. certificate in original along with a copy of the same, if any
• Study gap Affidavit, (original), if any
• Migration Certificate (original) for those coming from other Boards/Councils other than COHSEM
• A copy of AADHAR Card.

Note: Low Income Certificate from a competent  Govt. authority to be produced (in Original) after admission, if any.
