Subjects to be offered :

B.Sc. First Semester of Degree Course :

(i) General English/Manipuri (MIL)

(ii) Any one of the following subject as Core Paper :

(a) Physics

(b) Chemistry

(c) Botany

(d) Zoology

(e) Anthropology

(f) Mathematics

A student shall have to choose any one of the following subject combinations for B.Sc. Degree Course :
(1) Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
(2) Chemistry, Botany, Zoology
(3) Anthropology, Botany, Zoology
(4) Anthropology, Chemistry, Geography
(5) Chemistry, Geography, Botany
(6) Any other combination as may be decided by the M.U. from time to time.
Provided that :
i) No students shall be allowed to opt Chemistry/Botany/Zoology unless he/she passed Chemistry in the 10+2 or equivalent examinations recoginzed by M.U.
ii) No students shall be allowed to opt Mathematics/Physics unless he/she passed Mathematics in the 10+2 or equivalent examinations recoginzed by M.U.
iii) No students shall be allowed to opt Physics unless he/she passed Physics in the 10+2 or equivalent examinations recoginzed by M.U.

Provided further that a student offering the subject in column (A) below as Honours subject in B.Sc. V & VI Semesters must have passed the subjects shown in column (B) in the 10+2 or equivalent examination recognized by M.U.
